What We Do AHS develops land and remodels existing multifamily housing structures to accommodate individuals with low income and physical accessibility needs. We are proving that accessible housing design of multi family rental units is a successful business venture and can benefit our communities as infill projects around the state. Accessible Housing Specialists utilizes universal design principles while providing a support structure to accommodate the individual needs of our renters. By working closely with existing community agencies we can offer a vehicle of opportunity and support to assist individuals who wish to make their dreams come true. Whether it is continuing education or employment we believe anyone's dreams can come true. Accessible Housing Specialists is committed to working with community resources to provide individuals with information, guidance and the support necessary to achieve an independent lifestyle.
